Video - My plans for the Girls We try to expose our kids to everything by the time they reach 7 years old hoping to equip them with all the right attitude , values and the right stuffs . In other words we try to balance them with Dunia & Akhirah ... My philosophy on parenting by the time they reach 7 years old they should ... 1. Khatam Al Quran - both at 6 years old 2. Fluent in English , Malay & a Foreign Language which in this case is Mandarin. 3. Complete their Maths + -x division 4. Be in Martial Arts - TaeKwanDo. Bella is now Poom & Tasha Red Belt . 5. Know all the 4 strokes in Swimming - Freestyle, Breaststroke, Back & Butterfly 6. Could play an instrument - Piano 7. Gymnastics 8. Horse Riding 9. Public Speaking to overcome shyness 10. Archery 11. Arts - to be creative and express themselves Alhamdulillah - the girls are phenomenal in these fields . Bella did them and Tasha is just following suit . Both are in the same SJKC and SRA for 2020 - it used to be a struggle as both are in different Schools back then . The twin Boys Adam & Noah will follow the same routine as the Girls too but it will be a challenge since there’s 2 of them - Haha Am glad Bella 8 and Tasha 6 are now considered grown up and I can now focus on educating the Boys . Adam is just like Bella - easy to handle Noah is more like Tasha - hyperactive jumping everywhere whom needs a different approach and lots of patience required . Salam Everyone . Just sharing ... Love As Always ... PS - Kids need to work hard & play hard . But most importantly they need to enjoy every minute of it . Learning should be done in a fun manner . Always ...
